Its warm out and the garages that do AC dont want to diagnose anymore...they just want to replace everything......

Yup. Whatever happened to tecnitians that can diagnose whats wrong? Noadays every last one just wants to throw parts at it. Im amenble as long as they pay for the unneeded parts.
