Might help if you list date of manufacture, GVW, trailer weight so the weight it can carry is known. Interior lights? Generator?

Good call. It's a 1994. GVWR is 10,000 lbs. I'll have to find my empty weight tickets, but I believe it was approximately 6,500 lbs empty. Lights, outlets, and cabinets inside.
