Problem or run around?

I hooked up my turbo two weeks ago, street beat this with 6lbs to 16lbs of boost, running sweet 16lbs is where it started to spin. The fifth day cruzin 2200rpm I noticed some white smoke comming from the back of car .

The used turbo started leaking oil into the exhaust. So I re-built the cartridge, first time doing this. It leaked worse than ever. I did not have it re balanced, when I did this. I sent this unit to Georgia (Garrett Turbo) they said it looked fine to them.

Now with a new cartridge, oil pressure up before starting, 1/2" drain worked fine. It seemed to be fine for the warm up, no exhaust, no cold side plumbing. When up to temp, connected exhaust and cold side air ran fine for 30 minuits in the drive way, 20 minuits around the neiborhood.

Then cruzing 2200rpm with some ups and downs in rpm I noticed the smoke again :angryfir: after 10 miles. I checked the compression, water and oil all fine. The car ran nice and cool for the ride topping out at 180 the whole trip.

Am I missing something? The turbo shop said something is wrong with my drain, I have disconnected the drain, still doe's it. They told me it was my motor leaking, no oil before turbo/in manifold? Runs fine without turbo.

Any ideas would help, Buy a new one is what they keep saying. 60 DAY WARRENTY one time? I think it should last more than one or two days.
