JB Weld Ball Joints?

On the highway today my left upper ball joint popped out of the control arm. When I installed them a few months ago they screwed in a little too easily so I wasn't that surprised when it happened.

I was thinking about cleaning, sanding, and scoring the UCA's and Upper Ball joints then putting a good amount of JB Weld in the the thread area, then screw them back in to cure. I would also seal the underside with a nice bead of JB too. They are brand new PST Ball joints so I don't care about taking them back out of the arms.

Has anyone tried this?

My other option would be getting a mobile welder to stop by. Not sure how well the grease and joints would react to the heat though.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
