20,000 miles ago I got sage3 in frame at Stuart Stevenson in Dallas,it comes with a 2 year 200,000 warranty.It never ran right and they left off my cam cover which slung oil all over the front of the mtr.6weeks later it really running like crap so I go to Freightliner (honors warranty) and the cant find it and charge me 158 bucks and put a fuel filter on it.As soon as I left it got worse ,so I took it to a Western Star dealer in Bessemer Al.The looked at it for 4hrs and think its one of my injectors but without a code Detroit won't do nothing.Western Star said since they cant fix it no charge.(earned my respect.).I cant stand my truck missing and fluttering and go to United Engines in Tulsa(Detroit).The charge me for a busted wire in my injector harness 315 bucks.It still was fluttering so I came back.The run another injector test and #4 was way low so Detriot let them change it,still not running.It was Friday and the are closed for the weekend.Monday morning they go to do all the injectors and the Mechanic tells me he is very embarrassed he did not find the problem earlier and how stupid he feels.Turns out the #4 lobe on the bump stick is worn and so is my rocker arm.All covered on Warranty.I've lost 6 days of being home or making money.Hopefully this is it.
