looking to get a brand new engine bay wiring harness but little confused. the one it appears I need is HU2 which is 1973 318 A body. But there is a seperate category for harnesses with electronic ignition. My car is not listed in that category. I would assume the one it says I need with have the right hookups but has anybody bought this harness?

I always call and confirm. I have only bought sheet metal patches from them though. Sorry but that is all I know to tell you.
 
If you need a harness go with evens wiring. Cheaper and they will get you what you need. Do a google search for his website. I bought one from him and it was perfect.
If you still want to go year one route just call them, there good guys over there too just typically more expensive
 
I ordered an engine bay wiring harness from them almost 2 months ago, so far no harness and customer service has not answered e-mail.....Time to start beating them via phone!
