I agree with everything you say.......BUT remember rare DOES NOT MEAN DESIREABLE!. For example i have a 78 volare kitcar only 247 cars ever produced i have 1 of 33 know to exist(per galin) it is one of the rarest cars chrysler ever made but would only bring 12 to 14k on a good day.
