It really is in great shape. The body lines all match and no real signs of body filler. I'm going to stick with the 318 for now but would like to use a fuel injected motor and overdrive trans. Need to know how easy that would be to install?

Wow! that is nice to find them in great shape. Looks like most if not all the hard work has been done for you.

I'm just trying to figure out if a 5.2 and overdrive will fit without too much hassle. Looking in the tech archives.

Yes, a Magnum 5.2 will drop right in place of an earlier LA engine such as your present 318. The hard part will be setting up the fuel delivery and electrics. You might start out with an external electric fuel pump, but sooner or later you'll probably get fed up and wind up with an in-tank pump setup such as one of these. You'll also need to (substantially) upgrade the charging circuit to handle the (much) higher load and supply.

The OD trans can be made to fit an A-body -- it's been done -- but you'll have some floorpan cutting and mods and some crossmember fabrication to do.

I am still looking at your cool early A Canadian MoPar:shock::shock::thumbrig::thumbrig:
There has been some good, no Great work that has been dun on that car Congratulations :eek:ccasion:
digging everything about this car , and I can't take my eye's off the interior :love4:

It still needs some odds n ends done on the interior
but I kinda like it just the way it is. If I lie down and
stop being a meathead fir a minute it makes sense to
just rebuild what's there instead of re-inventing the wheel. Lol
If you want any other pics or something specific let me know
and I'll get them for you.
