converting from points to electronic distributor recommendations???

Looking to change my 65 Dart to an electronic distributor. But I want it to look vintage 60's, so the Mopar kit is out. Do not want boxes and control modules under the hood. Just wondering if any one can suggest a brand and model of distributor that will just hook up in place of the points unit. Thanks for any suggestions!!!!

If you want to stay ECU free and stock looking go with the original Pertronix.
The only difference is that there is 2 wires coming out of the dist cap instead of 1.

Hook the Red wire to the + side of the coil and the Black wire to the - side of the coil and your done.

Everything else stays stock.

You are also going to want to change your voltage regulator to an electronic unit.They have a stock looking unit available that bolts right in.

Are you working on a 6cyl or 8cyl ?
