They were extremely helpful (bear in mind that I am buying from here in Australia). This is a Canadian made top quality tank with a full warranty. Ask the other sellers what warranty they give (it's mostly just 3 months) and also I have read about fit problems for the cheap tanks. I am wrapped in mine, and like I said the bloke is fairdinkum!
