I'm looking for a set of BF Goodrich T/A radials for my 72 Demon 340 and everyone I call says they are back ordered and don't know when they will be back in stock. Even the on line guys say they are out of all the popular sizes. Has anyone else had a hard time locating them?

go with the Cooper Cobras, Made right here in the usa and we need all the help we can get.

Yes, I have been looking for 225/60/15 for the front of my Barracuda. I had a wheel weight cut two small holes in the sidewall. I can not find a RWL 225/60/15 anywhere. Even the Cooper Cobras and the Mickey Thompson in that size is only listed as a blackwall.

i had "kelly charger" tires in that size that had a white wall.... just an idea

Hey FT, I am trying to buy two BF Goodrich 245/60 14 T/A radials but have the same problem that you have had. I wanted to stay with the Goodrich tires because I currently have that brand on my car now. There about 3 months old but I just wanted to go with a wider tire on the back Everyone said that the 14 inch tires are being discontinued. So I guess if you have 14 inch wheels you are SOL. Jerry

I just picked up a set, 215/70/14 from Sears about a month ago. They had 8 of them in stock so you might give them a try.

I had trouble getting 14" sizes too ended up going with cooper GLS T rated 215/70R14 nice tire for the price handle very well but 14's are definatly getting hard to find.

Started out looking for them too....ended up with the Firestone Indy 500 and LOVE them so far! About 1500 miles on them..ride great, traction, andt he look is nice!

Everything is big-rims and low profile now...harder and harder to find "old skool" tires! LOL

When I swapped out the /6 and the front k member for disk brakes and v8 spools I changed my rim's and tires.
I have always had bf goodrich and found the goodyear egle gt's on the tire rack . I love them the car handles much better than with the BF goodrich.

I got mine about a month ago from Belle Tire P225/70R14 I ordered them and had them in 2 days.

they only run off batches of them at certain times now. 14 and 15 inch tires will just keep getting harder and harder to find.

I just ordered my T/As the day before yesterday and they were in stock and will be here this week. Got them from a Mavis tire center. Personally I would not put Cooper tires on a wheel barrow! I had one come apart like a firestone and it was only 8 months old. JUNK!

Called BF Goodrich this morning and was told that the 235 and 245 60x14 were "relaunched" in June.

But- then got an email response that said, "The requested tire is on national back order. We do not have a production date listed within the next 4 weeks. Please check back in October to see if they are back in production. I am sorry if this caused any inconvenience."
?????what the?????

What brand of wheels are those? They look nice.

My new set for the Cuda have been on back order from TireRack for over a month now..........Gettin' sick of waitin'.........

My fish had custom made 14" ralley on back with DOT slicks. To get more stance I went with 8" x 15 rims in back from wheel vintiques and put on easy to find 255-60-15. They are some left over Cooper Cobras that I got with the rest of the parts with the fish. Burnout great and don't seem to be wearing down too fast. The tire shop didn't want to mount them as they were that old. Will finally get to the track tonight and make my first passes ever with the fish. Wanna get a baseline before I tear it apart for paint and possibly a stroker.

Hope I can stay out of the wall!

I had mine in 2 days after ordering them, here in Canada.
