Personally, I like the vinyl top. As for the stripe, to me the bumble bee stripe says "Dodge", but you've got a Plymouth Scamp. It would look good with the stripe, but I think if I wanted a stripe, I might instead look at adapting factory looking stripes that were used on similar A-bodies in Brazil or Australia, or even the side stripe from a 70 340 Duster.
