I got a ticket for parking on dirt in AZ. Talked to the code enforcer and her told me that the vehicle needed to be on an improved surface, so I went down to Home Depot and bought 4 12"x12" paver type of blocks to park on, when he cam for a follow up he siad it was fine.....go figure....
