What is America coming to when we lose our property rights in cases like this? They have never bothered me out in the county but I have heard of people nearby who have been written up on some kind of junk in the yard law.
I think it was passed after the scrap companies greased some politician's hands.
I wish one of my neighbors would get a ticket for his junk, it is out of control. Five acres of just crap. But living in an un-incorporated county has its advantages/disadvantages, just depends on what side of the fence you are on......
