I've just put a new aluminum radiator into my Duster. One thing I didn't think of is the upper radiator hose... and now I can't find one.

It's a Summit 380425. Anybody got one? What kind of upper hose did you use?

Let your auto part's man or gall let you go through there hoses.
I found a perfect hose in my napa store in town for a custom radiator I installed in my truck. Ask and you my be able to take a look with a tape measure at all the stock.

It worked for me.

Try these #s. Gates hose # 20875 or 22484. I havn't tried them yet on my 69, but they look real good. I am in the process of putting a northern Rad in.
One of the two should work. I went through the hoses at Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts here and thats what I found.
If you can't find Gates hoses you should be able to cross the #s over to something.
Hope that helps

That 20875 looks like it might be a good fit.

Now the hard part... finding a auto parts place that carries Gates hoses. Or has a cross-reference to look up what they do carry.

Thanks for the tip!

Ya gotta just hate that!! :cussing: Another why me lord  I'm sure you will find something.

Yep, you did. ;-)

I went with a 90 degree water neck and a universal hose. Works just fine.

I ended up using the Gates # 20875 hose, on the upper pass side of my 69 B-Cuda. It's a pretty good fit and its molded. On the lower hose, I had to use a universal type, (the squigly curly Q kind). My 69 style water pump, has a 1 1/2 in hose end on it, and the #9600 Northern Aluminum Rad, has a 1 3/4 in hose end,as far as I know stock hoses don't come that way. But it worked out in the end.
P.S. see new thread for a funny
