EFI Intakes

It's not impossible from what I've heard, but it's not an easy bolt on deal. I believe the throttle body runs into the cover pretty bad. I think you have to raise the whole intake up around 1.5" from what I have read around here. The spacers seem like they'd be easy enough to make (big chunk of aluminum and a lot of time with a dremel, lol), but it might be a lot more trouble than it's worth.
 
5.7 hemi did this on his polara. spacer between the intake look for his thread on fbbo "late model hemi into early b bodies"
 
You can also mill the cover to make it work, but you gotta move the alt and ac compressor out a little bit.
 
I've never seen it with the plastic intake but I've seen the 6.1 intake turned arround backward and the throttle body facing the firewall.

interesting... I think the back of the manifolds are a bit ugly myself, but... If you plumbed the throttle body into the cowl so it was fed by the vents below the windshield... Ultimate cold air intake... and has potential for very cool...
