I talk to him and was the only one that sound like I was interested in the car. and the only one that wanted to look at the car. OH Well
 
Well I called this guy to go check it out for u all but no call back yet so ill let you guys know when I to and ill get pics and more info
 
Just got done looking at it and its a 318 car
Use to be soft top has bondo on both rear panels trim missing needs interior, 3 speed on the floor, missing rear lights, 7 1/4 rear has front and back seats complete has ac and 2 904 trannys also has power steering will upload pics in a bit
 
If it's a running 340, the motor is worth more than he's asking. The roach that it's sitting in is worth just slightly more than scrap value.
 
According to the member that looked at it, it's a 318, not a 340
 
He said it's a 318 car. He didn't really say which engine it has now. duster 731, can you verify which engine is in the car now?

cant verify with numbers from the block but it was a kid that just graduated from high skool in 2010 lol so he said he had a mechanic come by and he verified that it was a 318 plus the kid said its all original one owner ill get it a pic later of the build sheet he said he found in the seat..... any questions or concerns pm me but i doupt its a 340 look up the numbers on the exhaust manifold and see what are they for.
 
Measure the distance between the ears on the motor mount on the driver side and then measure the ones on your 318. If they are the same, it is NOT a 340 or 360.
 
Better yet, under the driver's side head where it meets the block behind the p/s pump, scratch off any paint or grease that's there and look at the numbers stamped in the block. There should be the displacement in those numbers.
 
My eyes maybe playing tricks on me but the steelies look to be the wider small bolt pattern as found on 340s and big blocks?
