You got that right.

But the vast majority of cops are out there trying to make the world a more safer place for you, me and our families.

And I agree, but you have to admit a lot of them do not lead by example. I think that's the point being made here. They do things that you and I would get ticketed for. Speeding, parking the wrong way against traffic, illegally parking. I have had cops blow by me on the interstate 80 or 90 miles an hour, people say oh they must be going on a call, if so they should be running with lights and siren.
