OK gang I finally scored on some crager Wheels from another member on the east coast. 14x7 and 14x6, heres my question what would be a good Tire combo for my 1964 Dart 270 convertible /6 auto. There will be no jacking ,no tubbing
Just old people stock (lol) . Checked out the thread show your tires and wheels
Only a couple of 64's. Soooo guy's and gal's let me hear from you,hope to have them on the car in the next week or so

Moe,

The 14X6 in the front will be okay however you may have some problems with the 14X7s. If you look at my car you'll see that the rears are 14X7 however they have a 4 1/2" backspace. The tires are 245/60/14s. The 14x7 Cragers you have I belive have a 3" offset which will place any sizeable tire up against the fender lip. You can get away with a 225/60 in the front but you will have some rubbing especially when turning.
 
I would put on 245 60 rear & 235 60 on front. That's what I have on my 74 and the stance seems similar to yours. Here's a pic that sort of shows the fit of them.
