auto vs. 4spd, the age old question

4 speed all of the way. I changed my Barracuda from automatic to manual. I was actually thinking about racing my car quite a bit but still able to drive on the street. I was looking for a really high quality stall convertor and to rebuild my trans and etc. Suddenly I just decided you know what I don't want to race it so much now but to shift through the gears and have some real fun on the street with the car. I'm still putting a Hurst V-gate shifter in my car though I don't plan to race just always wanted one.

4 speeds are just fun and awesome especially with a powerful engine, 4.10 gears, and realitively light car. Mines at the body shop and my body guy wanted me to drive car around the block. So I go, with no lights bumpers or even licesnse plate BTW gotta love small towns, I go down one road whichh is a bit of a speed trap but see no cops. I give it just a little gas and row through gears I'm doing 70 in a 25. Yes, that's dumb but that's the fun of a 4 speed I wouldn't have done with my auto though it had a reverse manual valve body.
