NV3500 5-spd trans and shifter

this is a new venture 3500 5-speed transmission. removed from a 97 dodge ram 2 wheel drive pickup. works good,no counter shaft noise, had roughly 80K on it. shifts smooth,no damage. fits behind 3.9 V-6, 318 and 360 LA small block and magnum engines. is direct replacement for 94-2002 ram, and later model dakotas.comes with shifter and boot as well.this trans is taller and beefier made than the older ax-15 and the bellhousing does not seperate from the case. asking $200
