Need second opinion, Am I Crazy or Not

Terry, I myself would be hesitant to sell the house. I would think of it as a home base, a safe place to be or go to for that just "in case" happening. I fully support the idea of retirement and travel. It is just that I maybe a bit young (?45?) to invision this myself in your socks that has me in a caution state of mind.
