Actually this guy was really hurting for money so it was a godsend. I watched this all happen - it is real. Remember, the banks are getting bailed out and the loan was probably GMAC, now called Ally.
However, after paying off his bills including back child support like I advised him to do, except a huge hospital bill I tsaid he probably should not pay - his ex got the child support people at the courthouse to take the moolah he had left in his bank acct to pay future child support payments!
