What to do?

Sure if you got tons of money go for it but I suspect you're like many of us who are on a limited toy budget. I wouldn't touch it with all that cancer, I can just imagine what the underside looks like, rotted cross member and frame rails. Finish what ya got before taking on another. IMO.
