5.7 hemi into an A-body?

The 5.7 and 6.1 have the same stroke the 6.1 has a larger bore. The 6.1 also has a forged crank ( 5.7 isn't), I'm not sure if there is any bearing differances... other than I know the 6.1 uses tri-metal bearings. The 6.1's have oil squirters that shoot oil onto the bottoms of the pistons to help keep the cooler. The conectiog rods on the 6.1 are made of a special "powder metal", they are suposted to be stronger. I don't know if they are the same length and bearing size as the 5.7 or not. I know the 6.1 block more renforcment than the 5.7.
Hopefully i'll be able to let everyone know if a 6.1 throttle body will bolt on and plug in to a 5.7, I bought one and am waiting for it to come in. I think the plug in is a little differant but can be modified to work with the stock 5.7 harness....We'll see. After that I'll be upgrading to the 6.1 injecters ( plug'n play), they wont help much on the power side, but for what I'm planing they'll be needed in the future.
