Pitman arm is hitting tortion bar! Help?

I have been looking at the tie rod end from the start of this thread. The tie rod end looks tall but I have compared it to other pictures and it appears to be the same. This may not even be possible but I am going to toss it out for consideration. Is there any possibility that the whole tie rod assembly could be reversed on the drivers side? I am not sure what I said is clear so I will put it this way, could the tie rod that is hitting the torsion bar actually belong on the outer ball joint and the one that is now on the outer ball joint belong where the one that is hitting the torsion bar is now? Look at both tie rods and see if outer one on the ball joint has a shorter casting?
