4 inch seems pushing it, i know, can be done. Still 3.79 has to be a little easier on everything.
Chinese didn't care, 4 inch sounded better, Chevy had it so Mopar got 4 inch also.
Bet nothing needs to be notch with a 3.79 stroke crank and the pistons skirts are a wee bit longer.
What is the new compression, I would think 10.25 could be done with 93 gas. That be only .75 less compression or 10--15 hp max. It pick up way more going from 3.31 to 3.79 stroke.
I guess your keeping it 6,000 or less? What is the 340 redline right now?
