2nd owner.
I met first owner who was - really - a little old lady.

Mechanical:
Runs and drives.
Needs (I think) some transmission TLC - sometimes doesn't downshift on steep grades but if I do it by hand it is happy.
A/C doesn't cool, but it is there and connected.
Gauges work
Brakes could use an upgrade but they do the job
Lights work
Tires work but they are OLD and weak

Exterior:
Some rust. Typical trunk rot, two little actual holes (see photo)
Small rust / paint bubbles by wheels on the quarter panels (see photos)
Frame is good, floors seem good.
Except for those couple of bubbles, paint looks really good. Actually shines.
All trim is present in varying condition, but none of it is bad.

Interior:
Seats are in GREAT condition (see photos)
Doors are pretty good
Carpet, pretty good
Dash - top cracked, chrome faded, all there
Shoulder belts included no extra charge!
Aftermarket FM / 8-track player
- this actually works but the speakers are cheap

Includes:
Original Jack
Window Sticker
Original Bill of Sale
Early Maintenance Records
Owner's Manual

If I was in the market I'd be on a train as soon as possible........I'd even keep the slant in it (and I'm no fan of slants or notchbacks)...........I also wouldn't restore, but just drive it.......

Wow, that's in great shape. Wish my 68 Cuda had been half that nice. Good luck. If I hadn't already mortgaged my future to put my box of bolts together, I'd love to snap that up!

Fun car! That looks like a good candidate for a "drive and restore" situation. Call me crazy, but I would leave it the slant 6, beef it a little and slap a turbo kit on it. That would make it an interesting driver!

But at that price, it is an awesome start! Good luck! Should go soon! I am just partial to 69s.

In you pictures what is the location on the car of #20?

Good question - that IS hard to tell. I'm not enough of an expert that I have the underside memorized. I could guess from the little sliver of sky but it would be a W.A.G.
I'm going back under this weekend and I'm going to mark my shots as I take them. Doh.

Love the car..... tell me about the passenger side kick panel. Is it just discolored or is that rust some how? how are the hinges? Love the color combo for sure! PM sent

Looks like I have a buyer so let's hold off on the questions for now. If you're interested, keep watching - I'll let y'all know when it rolls out of the driveway and isn't available anymore.

The fish tank is empty - someone from FABO came yesterday and picked up the car.
I toasted her last night with a JD (or 3) but am pleased she's going to a good home.
I won't tell you who bought it because I don't know how private he wants to be, but he'll probably post something when he gets home.

Thanks, FABO.
