The factory wheel bolt pattern in on a 4" circle. They came in 13 X 4 1/2; 14 X 4 1/2; and 14 X 5 1/2 sizes. All were plain steel wheels. As for the charging system, get a good manual and do some testing. They're not a complex system. If you post some symtoms, we might be able to help narrow it down a bit.
