I don't understand let the pain begin! I saw a 74 Scamp in Belington WV the other day in a lot worse condition than what you started with. The guy had $4500. or best offer on it. ( I saw parts ) It had a beautiful Rootbeer brown metalflake paint job on it, but the body work underneath the paint looked like it was done by Bart Simpson.
