1965 Dodge Dart 270 Station Wagon (Red)
Shipping from:
Lancaster, Ca. 93534
Price:
$3000 obo
Please guys, don't look at the $3000 price and think I won't consider any offers. this has happened before and I finally quit the B-Body site over the stuff said there. make your offer and we can talk about it.
Payment Methods Accepted:
Cash, Paypal, Check, Money Order and any other you can think of.
Being a private party I'm not set up to take credit cards but I'm open to any other creative ideas you may have. I would also consider part trades, I do need to get some cash though. any check options would have to clear before the car leaves the property

Item Description:
well, as you can see it's a 1965 Dodge Dart 270 Wagon with a 273 V-8 Auto Trans.
it also has Factory Air Conditioning, Power Steering, and Electric Rear Window.
This is a California Car and doesn't appear to have any real rust at all. it's in it's original paint still and presents well. I have started the engine and it ran well. I didn't drive it nor even put it in gear, just put some gas in the carb, and started it.
there are a few things that have been removed and either they're in the back or there are new pieces in back. the car hasn't been on the streets for many years and will need some checking over to be safe and reliable. it comes with the stock 13" wheels and tires that will need to be replaced. there is only one hubcap though I have put a set of decent looking non stock ones on it.
it looks like the photos show with a few exceptions. I have added the hubcaps, a carb, and a gas tank. I may keep working toward getting it so it can be started and run more readily so it can be moved around for potential buyers or some movers require cars to be movable before they will move them.

As always, feel free to ask questions, request photos, etc. I'll do my best to get the answers and photos.

Thanks for looking!

and a close up of the area that looks like rust in one of the other photos. it's not deep, just on the surface.

You're not interested in shipping this car, right? <please say no, I don't need another project, I don't need another project, I don't need ano...>

Best of luck with sale i love the old wagons and for the price imho look solid and a real good deal..But i'm east coast and i just sent my car out for paint .

That is a cool looking wagon and I don't really even like the style of the early Darts much. Thought about the wagon going through Lancaster on the way to Willow Springs this weekend. I should of stopped and checked it out but was afraid you might actually accept a low ball offer. lol... good luck with the sale.

I did however stop and try to buy a 68 dart that I found up there off of Ave K last year no luck on that.
