I made all the door panels, kick panels, rear panels, etc... on my Triumph Spitfire. I went to a hardware store and bought hardboard instead of cardboard, and went to a textile shop and bought vinyl and foam. It was easy, and it was cheap. I used the old cardboard backing for a template.
