Chasing this cooling issue for months

Originally it had a 180 in it and it did the same thing.
Put a 190, same thing.
Put a 195, same thing.

The only thing the different stats did was up the low speed temps.
Out on the hiway, all of them ran at 175
Freakin annoying.
