Yeah, pretty sure. I fired it up after taking the hoses off the manifold ports and put my hand of the pass and driver side hoses. The pass side was sucking and the drivers side was pushing. Maybe it wasn't operating properly, not completely sure how they work or what the internals look like but, thought it might work...maybe not?
