That's lookin' a little more like the dealer air compressor bracket and muffler than factory air to me but I can't see enough in these photos to say for sure. By "factory air" do you mean the type that has the slim vent outlet under the dash, with three adjustable louvers, and a combination heat/defog/AC control in the dashboard with five rectangular pushbuttons and one temperature slider?
