Haven't read the article, and it very well may prove to be a stout trans. But even stout transmissions need rebuilding. My way of thinking is that a mass produced transmission thats proven at high tq is a better choice because there are more than 1 company making rebuild kits for it. If Passion goes under because our economy sucks whos going to make rebuild kits for it?
