I think the Wilwood disc kits will work with 9'' or 10'' drum spindles, you need to specifywhen ordering. They are exspensive kits, but are pretty easy to install. I have converted my 69 Dart to the Wilwoods without changing the master cylinder and already have the kit purchased for my 70. Both of those cars were the sbp KH disc cars that DID need the spindles replaced with drum spindles for the conversion. i just purchased a 68 valiant with 10'' drums and its getting the Wilwoods also. if i remember correctly the Wilwood hubs are drilled for both sbp and bbp.
