Honestly in my opinion, even without papers 300 seems like a steal just for a parts car.. id just snag it and if you have issues with getting new papers then just find one with papers and have a solid parts car.. never hurts to have some extra parts around... panels doors things that could cost you well over 300 bones in the long run on a full resto.
