Any significance in strength between stock 360 cranks and the cast aftermarket 360 -

Stock 360 cranks are Cast IRON, and a SCAT 9000 cast crank is cast STEEL, much stronger and at $325 or so a very good buy. These cast cranks from SCAt are about as strong as a factory forged crank, but much nicer, radiused fillets, profiled counter weights, much better fit and finish than the factory cranks
