1966 dart speedo removal?

Ok, I saw a thread earlier on this and cannot find it using "search" so sorry for redundant post. I have cluster almost removed. Cable disconnected, wiper, and light switch out, lighter out and screws on left side panel. However, right side is still "stuck"? What am I missing? Nothing else appears visible?

The ignition has a screw on coupler that holds the ignition switch to the cluster.Just removed mine again yesterday.
 
Ignition switch is out as well. Something is holding right side of panel but cannot figure out where screws are? I have removed ash tray backing as well?
 
You have to remove the center radio/heater bezel first. There are 2 screws on the right side of the speedo bezel under the center bezel. tmm
