Well this weekend we pulled the K member and front end. Found the K member is bent pretty bad, will need a new one. Then we started removing some of the ender coating from one of the inner fenders, what a pain in the a#$$. We used a heat gun and putty knife/scraper, is there an easier way???? Bought a Hobart 140 mig welder this eekend and it is sweet. Works great, now all I need is some floor pans to weld in. Thats coming soon. Next weekend the rear axle comes off and casters welded on in the back. A little bit at a time......
