'71 Dart two door hardtop - project

As stated, '71 two door hardtop....
Originally slant 6 car. VIN# LL23C1R-XXXXXX
In Philadelphia, PA
The good:
318, 904, 8 1/4 rear, power steering.
Was in use as a daily driver.
All mechanical ,from radiator to rear axle, came out of a '74 Valiant Brougham... when I say all, I mean ALL.
Spool mount K member
Disc brakes
Big ball joints
10X2 1/2 drums out back
All brake parts new in last 2 years, rotors, calipers, pads, hoses, drums, shoes, wheel cylinders and master cylinder.
Solid front end, some new some not so new.
This is 5X4 1/2 bolt pattern.
14" rallye wheels with new radials, 235/60 rear, 195/70 front (yeah they're cheapies from Pep's. Futura GLS).
Wheels are fair, no trim rings. Conical or sombrero center caps.
Everything works as it should, heat, wipers, lighting, gauges...
Engine is actually '78 or '79 (don't remember, car not in front of me), though it was in that Valiant.
Drives well.

The bad:
It's no gem, I have the front floors cut out of it, have new ones for it.
Could use a full skin on driver's quarter, minimum patch panel plus a little more. L/F fender rusted out in dogleg, have good one that can go with.
L/F frame rail could use a cap back near trans crossmember (a little rust through on bottom of rail).
Reasonably straight car (some mud in passenger door).
Front seat is crap.

Sorry I don't have a camera, otherwise I'd post pics...
Looking to get $2000, OBO. Make me an offer...
I have too much stuff and too many projects, this one needs to go...
Put the floors in and a good seat, and you have good transportation.
Or, go deep and build your BadA$$ Dart.
