For you guys who are running Indy intake/heads could you throw up some pics of your brackets/ throttle cable setup you run. I am running a Mighty Demon 850 to start. I only ask cause I never got anything but a stock cable with my un-assembled car when I bought it, and the 360-3 intake looks too high to be running factory stuff anyway. I've been looking at a Lokar cable, comes with a bracket (I think is too low?), and I still need a return spring bracket. Suggestions, and photos?

Indy also makes the bracket for their tall intakes. I think it was around 30-35 bucks.

Took 2 360's from trucks and made one. Total investment $10.00 . Cable replacement from is from any mopar. Durability . Its been on the car since 71. My buddies after market cable lasted less then a year.

I use the Lokar setup on my victor intake. It bolts to the carb stud so will work on most intakes. It came with return springs. Not a very good pic but you get the idea.

No matter what holder you decide there is no cable stronger then the factory one there are three lengths 318 , 340 , /6 thats shortest to longest. Alot of the after market cables are made of real cheap material.

I will keep that in mind, thanks.

Please also keep in mind that it is good insurance to have more than one throttle return spring. I was behind a car at the track last weekend when his throttle stuck open and he bounced off the wall at full throttle. I have 3 springs on mine. I have a modified kickdown bracket mounted (raised higher by adding sections) stock throttle cable. Works well. Also use the KD rods.
