I just so happen to have a spare one (original to the car), as I purchased an NOS one a dozen or so years ago, paid $120. for it then and I thought that was expensive.
My original is in very good condition, small chips, no cracks, in better condition than most of the ones I've seen on ebay.
I'm still debating on maybe selling it, but I definately would not sell it at these inflated prices.
I'm not in this hobby (AKA: Infatuation, addiction...) for the $$$, I'm in this for the pleasure of driving my toy and helping someone drive there's.
