Parts access

I need the part,not sure the exact name..but it has the hood release on it and runs vertical to bottom of grille or valance I believe. I think the grill bolts to it, its about 2 inches wide by a foot long with latch attached....to 99502. It needs to be for a 72 Dart..Thanks, DAN
