front/rear wiring harness Duster

Is there any difference between a 71 vs 72 front and rear light harnesses ? I want to order the harnesses from YearOne for my son's Duster, my dilemma is the car is a 72, but we have 71 style parking lights on the fenders and quarters,

yearone has a different part number for 71 vs 72 -
