I am in the process of changing out a broken strut rod with a normal stock strut rod and replacing the bushings on both sides of the front... at this point i have the nuts off and pins out of the strut rods... but how do i get the rod to come out? First time doing this maintenance and im stuck! Please help!
Thanks!

You will have to release all tension on the torsion bar, remove clips at rear of torsion bars and pull them out of the lower control arm. Then pull lower control arm...viola it is out...I would suggest checking bushings while that far into it. It is a little laborious but really doesnt take to long with proper tools.

Awesome! Ill go jump into it and see what i can do! Any other quick tips i should know before doing this? Also im just using Rubber Bushings from Moog.

All above info is good.
Get a factory service manual.
If you do not take them out in the proper way you can be hurt.

Now do i need to remove the torsion bar? or just loosen the tension?

The torsion bar has to be completely loosened and slid back a few inches so you can remove the lower control arm that the strut rod is attached to.

There's a much easier way to do this but it'll cost you. Buy some aftermarket adjustable strut rods. I have CAP Dynamic strut rods on my Cuda and can take them on and off without removing or even loosening the lower control arm. Their about $200 now.
