If you look at who runs LA and California it all makes sense. These people in this state are morons. Remember, we spent 20 BILLION on welfare and illegal aliens here this year alone and these are the people that vote for laws like this. 90% of our laws make no sense whatsoever and usually pander to special interest. Let this be a warning to all you guys still living in the real United States because once you allow these people into your state they destroy it from within.
