Seen this car at the Pomona auto swap meet a couple weeks ago. Very nice car.

What do think of the color?

was it for sale ? did you get the info ? I am looking for a 66 charger and don't mind that colour , not my first choice but a lot nicer than some .
 
Same color as the "Bloomington Ghost"!!! You know, the first 66 Charger to get a street hemi,(and maybe the first street hemi car ever), owned by a little old lady with about 7,300 miles on it. Called by Galen the most original hemi car in existense!! Love that color!!! Geof
 
Sorry didn't see if it was for sale I was mostly interested in the color. Just not very common. My buddy thinks it's a great color for a chick car. I think it looks great. For me personally (a big ugly guy) driving a mauve car, just not sure what to think about that. lol...

My buddy has a Chevy.
 
jamie loves the color and the car. me, the color is decent but the 66-67 chargers are ugly as hell...

That's the original color of my station wagon. I thought it was kinda grannyish.. So its being changed to b5.
 
theres one here in BC somewhere that comes up for grabs once in a while but the origional Hemi is windowed and he wants like 25k for the roller, the car was a corperate car owned by a bigshot who ordered it with Lavender interior accent paint to go with the white interior ,always said if I bought it I would put an ad in the paper to find a hot young large breasted blonde to drive me around in it lol

That lavender is a great color on the right car and on a Gen1 Charger it's perfect.
 
If I recall, several years back in one of the Mopar mags, there was a guy who had two 66-67 Chargers in that color. I like it, especially with the blue stripe tires!
