OMG. Chill the f*$% out. Maybe Mopar2 should elaborate on what he means by "stock wheels" exactly. Even you were just speculating on what he actually has. Stock could mean whatever Chrysler offered during the main muscle years that are easy to get hold of. With those stock 14" wheel widths, there's no issue with available street tires for rub unless he wants to go with clown tires. Now 14" drag slicks (?), I don't know what's out there. Anyhow, fwiw, the wheel well on '69 Valiant measured wider than my '69 Dart by about 1/2" to 1/8" as both body lines taper slightly towards the rear. The Valiant has more of a flare to the lip, though. So, I guess technically you could stuff more tire under the Valiant. I imagine that's the same for '67 - '69 models - maybe others?
